I'm Ronit Zalik, Principal of RDZ & Co. and a Fractional VP of Wholesale for independent fashion, accessories, and beauty brands.
I've spent my career building wholesale channels across Canada, the US, and the UK, working across luxury, contemporary, and emerging brands, with accounts including Nordstrom and Harvey Nichols.
Wholesale takes time to get right. There's trial and error, and even brands with great product don't always know where to start. I built RDZ to close that gap, bringing the experience and structure that founder-led brands don't always have access to on their own.
